Last year, round about end of the summer, I started cycling to work sometimes and watching more what I was eating. I've since lost a lot of weight, around 2 stone altogether.However, it was only today it really struck me how much I'd lost. I was weighing myself and then picked up my 19 month old son and jumped back on the scales to weigh him… and the total weight came to what I weighed last year! Or in other words, I have lost my son's weight – and believe me, after carrying him around half the day that feels pretty heavy.??
